How Far Does Your Budget Go?
Every carnival is different, but here's a rough guide based on what our customers typically order:
Small Event
50–75 kids. 4–6 games, basic prize assortment, tickets, simple decorations.
Medium Event
75–200 kids. 8–10 games, tiered prizes, candy, wristbands, full decorations.
Large Event
200+ kids. 10+ games, premium prizes, themed decorations, goody bags for everyone.
Remember: Orders over $200 get 10% off. Orders over $400 get 15% off. Orders over $700 get 20% off — and orders over $750 ship free.

How far in advance should I order for a school carnival?
We recommend ordering 2–3 weeks before your event. We ship quickly from our Texas warehouse, but giving yourself a buffer means no stress if you need to add anything last-minute.
Do you sell carnival prizes sorted by value?
Yes — two ways. You can shop by piece price to browse hundreds of individual toys and novelties at your exact price point, from 1¢ per piece on up. Or grab one of our pre-sorted prize assortments and have a fully stocked prize table in one order.
What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum order. Buy as much or as little as you need. That said, our order-wide volume discounts kick in at $200 (10% off), $400 (15% off), and $700 (20% off) — so bundling everything in one order saves you money.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $750 or more ship free — that applies to all customers, wholesale and non-wholesale. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
